Cabin prices include local delivery (15 mile radius of Basildon, Essex) and erection. However, the following conditions apply:

Clear access must be available to a flat base where the building is to be erected. Please notify us if there are permanent archways or other fixtures that restrict clear access to base. Certain sections on some buildings are in excess of 6' 6" in height and width.

We do not recommend the use of bearers.

A level concrete base, or paved area must be supplied by the client prior to assembly.

A deposit of 33% of the full price is required. Balance in cash to the driver on delivery.
